What products are available online?
A wide variety of Achievement Industries products are available online including furniture, jewelry and decorative accessories. The web site carries items that can also be found in our catalog and/or store.
Can I send items as gifts?
Yes. You can send any item as a gift. A gift message may be included with any order at no charge.
Can I purchase gift certificates online?
At this time we are not offering gift certificates. If you are interested in us offering these in the future please let us know by emailing us at marketing@serenityroad.com
Can I order by telephone?
Yes. You can place an order by calling us at 1.309.734.7443 between 8am to 4pm (CT), Monday through Friday. Orders can also be placed via fax 24 hours a day, 365 days a year at 1.309.734.7443.
Will SerenityRoad send an order confirmation via email?
Yes. If you provide your email address when placing your order, we will send you a message confirming your order within 24 hours.
How can I find the status of an order placed online?
Your can check the status of your order by emailing us at customerservice@serenityroad.com or calling us Monday through Friday at 1.309.734.7443 between the hours of 8am through 4pm (CT). You will need your order number to check your order status.
How can I change or cancel my order?

Can I buy items wholesale?
Yes. We do offer wholesale prices in specific quantities to individuals that can prove they are a retailer with a Tax ID number. However, we cannot take these orders online. To place an order or for more information, please call us at 1.309.734.7443 between 8am to 4pm (CT), Monday through Friday.
What is Serenity Road‰s return policy?
At Achievement Industries, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to detail in design, materials, and construction is always forefront. Every item in our collection is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. We encourage you to do the same upon receipt of your purchase.
In the event that damage occurs in transit, or if you discover any defect in manufacture, please contact us within 7 days at 1.309.734.7443 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am to 4pm (CT).
Please have your order number when calling. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. Pending inspection, a refund or credit will be issued to you for the value of the item including taxes.
All items purchased online must be returned by mail. To return your items by mail, follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed in your order, insure the package, and mail to:

Achievement Industries is not responsible for items damaged in transit. If you are returning a gift because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, Achievement Industries will provide a prepaid USPS return label.

Please note: Custom and special orders are not returnable. In certain circumstances, a usage or restocking fee may apply. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
What shipping options are available?
We offer two types of shipping: standard and rush delivery.
What is Serenity Road's shipping policy?
Standard Shipping
All purchases are shipped from our Monmouth warehouse by the United States Parcel Service Parcel Post, to arrive within ten business days of receipt of the order. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by mail. Note: Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states are delivered by Parcel Post at our regular shipping charges or may be express-shipped for an additional charge as described below. Certain heavy or oversize items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. We regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries.
Because some of our items are bulky and heavy, our cost to ship them is higher than for other items. Therefore, these large items have a delivery surcharge; this charge is listed in parentheses ($) after the item price and is in addition gular delivery charges, which are listed above. Rush Delivery

For an extra charge of $15 per address, we can arrange for rush Delivery by USPS Priority Mail to most destinations. (If we receive your order by 3pm PST Monday through Thursday, you'll receive your purchase within five business days; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Friday.)
Note: Priority Mail is not available for some oversize items, for items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.

Can orders be shipped to a P.O. Box?
Yes. We can send your order to a P.O. box. However, larger items and rush orders cannot be sent to a P.O. box. Email us at customerservice@serenityroad.com for more information.
Can orders be shipped to foreign countries?
Unfortunately at this time we are not available to send orders to foreign countries. We only ship to addresses within the United States and A.P.O addresses.
How is sales tax charged?
We are required to collect sales tax. An additional 7.25% is added to the total of each order.
Technical Information
What kind of browser do I need in order to make online purchases from SerenityRoad?
To make purchases from this site, you must have an SSL-enabled browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator. Our site is optimized for Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.5 and Netscape 4.7. If you are having difficulty making a purchase and are using a different browser, try using Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator.
What does it mean when I get the message I have an expired certificate?
If you use an older Web browser you may encounter a security warning when you visit a secure page at SerenityRoad. The warning, stating the "Certificate Authority is Expired," is generated due to issues relating to the Year 2000 (Y2K) bug. The security features of these browsers and our site still function correctly, but we suggest that you download a newer version of your Web browser available free of charge to avoid the error message. You may download Netscape Navigator at www.netscape.com or Microsoft Internet Explorer at www.microsft.com.
Why can I not checkout?
Macintosh users running AOL 3.0 will not be able to place orders with SerenityRoad, as this browser version does not support SSL technology. Either upgrade your AOL browser or print our order form and place your order by phone at 1.309.734.7443, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am to 4pm (CT).
Web TV users can browse our site but they will be unable to place orders at SerenityRoad. Web TV users should print our order form and place their order by phone at 1.309.734.7443, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am to 4pm (CT).
What should my monitor settings be set at in order to shop at SerenityRoad?
We designed SerenityRoad for a screen size of 800 x 600 pixels. All images, except photographs, are optimized for 256 colors. SerenityRoad looks even better at a screen size of 800 x 600 pixels and with your monitor set to display millions of colors.
We try our best to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. Please call 1.309.734.7443, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am to 4pm (CT) with any questions about merchandise colors.
Security Information
When I submit credit card information online, is it secure?
SerenityRoad has encryption and authentication tools to protect the security of your credit card information, and we will do our best to protect its security on our systems. Specifically, every page in your ordering process that requests credit card information uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, which is designed to render information unreadable should anyone try to intercept it. However, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our Web site, and you do so at your own risk.
To help ensure others will not have access to your credit card information while on our Web site, we urge you to sign off your account and close your browser window when you have finished your visit, especially if you are sharing a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place.
Will SerenityRoad sell or rent my email address information to other companies?
We use the personally identifiable information you provide for internal purposes, such as confirming and tracking your order, subscription or registration, analyzing trends and statistics, informing you of our new products, services and offers, etc. From time to time we might establish a business relationship with other persons or entities that we deem trustworthy and whose privacy policies are consistent with ours. However, we do not share information, including personally identifiable information about you, that will enable such persons or entities to contact you regarding products and services that may be of interest to you.
